Based in Perth Western Australia, Founder and Director, Beck W, brings over 28 years of expertise and experience in working with children of all ages. Based in Perth, we have over 14 years of successful agency management and we are an internationally recognised and trusted agency.
Beck’s journey, started with nursery nursing and nannying internationally. From working with children with additional needs to serving as a youth crew member on a cruise ship, combined with her role as a mother, (and host mother), showcases her comprehensive understanding of childcare needs across different age groups, locations and backgrounds.
With Beck’s guidance, our agency ensures that each Au pair placement is tailored to meet the unique requirements of both the families and the caregivers.

Upon arrival into Australia our Au pairs attend our orientation day. With Beck’s comprehensive insight and understanding, she also holds regular information sessions for her Au Pairs.

Once we receive your application, we'll schedule a Host Family interview

Finding Your Perfect Match
After the interview, we will personally match profiles from our database to meet your family's specific requirements

Finalising Your Placement
We will prepare a placement invitation/confirmation detailing start dates, pocket money and expected hours.
